Your role:

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Animal Nutrition Engineer shall play thecrucial biding role between formulators and nutritionists on one side and sales team in market opening for Phosphea Specialties products (Mag 26, Neophos,Calseagrow, Humifora, Calseapowderetc) 

Your missions:

• To actively participate in market development and spread ofthe business in the area for Phosphea specialtyproducts
• To analyze the animal feed marketsin the area ofEurope, growth perspectives, opportunities and threats and report any information of interest
• To identify the customers’ needs, potential objectives and problems in order to define, propose and deliver the appropriate offer of Phosphea Specialties products and services
• To endorse the benefits of the Phosphea Specialties products to decision makers (feed and premix factory) and end users (farms) within potential and existing customers, via strong technical presentations
• To master the technical aspects related to Phosphea’sspecialties products
• To develop strong commercial relations with customers via frequent visits, contacts and events
• To participate in the marketing (advertising, events organization, testimonials, etc.) of the specialty
• To train the Sales Managers and bring their level of technical knowledge to the highest level
• To maximize the market intel through Phosphea CRM system for reporting of visits, projects, customer contacts and customer information

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in agriculture or animal nutrition
• Ability and confidence to give good presentations
• Good knowledge of English
• Some knowledge of German, French or some other language would be a plus
• Desire to apply educational background in animal nutrition in real life by bringing the novelties from science to field practice
• Open, team-oriented and dynamic personality eager to travel and take up big challenges
